Is that "he said he was going for Mac Jones" or "he's going and I'm going to report it's for Mac Jones"?

You'd think for how scripted these routes are, maybe he wouldn't miss 3 of the first 4 throws that require touch?

I mean, this sort of adds up in my mind. Easy to imagine they are 100% on Lawrence and Wilson if they fell. And if any players game tape is gonna be a mirage, its Mac Jones...being surrounded by 1st round picks at the skill positions.

I'd be more interested if Jones/Lance had the same pro day and Shanny went to see Jones then

I wonder if there is a path to 4 for the Pats. Let’s ATL trade back and still get a solid player without helping a division rival and the Pats and Falcons have a seemingly good relationship

I think they're in a good spot to play chicken with San Fran up until the draft with Jimmy G...try to get San Fran to budge just before Day 1 and get a 2nd or 3rd rounder, or sit there and see who falls to #4 and beyond.

If a QB doesnt go at #4, I'm not sure I see CIN or MIA trading out...so the price of going #15->#7 might not be that different than trading for Jimmy G once you factor in the cap hit.

Waddle or Smith could still be there at 12, and odds are Dillard isn't starting this season anyway

If the top 5 goes how Breer is predicting (4 QBs, then Chase), that leaves 6 slots before the Eagles. Sewell and Pitts seem like locks to go before 12, plus then you have the fifth QB, Parsons, Surtain, Farley, Slater and all the edge rushers in addition to Smith and Waddle. I think it's totally possible the Eagles still take a WR

Or they’re punting on positional need, taking bpa and trying to stock the team up for when they do find a qb they like enough

I still would say it’s more likely than not that they have Jones over Fields on their board if they’re both going to Bama Pro Day II. My guess today is still Trey Lance goes to SF

You think the Dolphins take Sewell if he's sitting there at 6? Seems the dream to be able to play him as Tua's blind side, have Austin Jackson at the weak side tackle, and have a solid swing T/push inside to G with the others.

And hell, you could package #18 and a later pick to get back up for the 3rd guy or Pitts; if #5 is Chase, #7 is probably another WR, but then the Panthers probably go QB, Broncos/Cowboys seem unlikely to go QB (and get their pick of the Elite D positions), and I dont even see the Giants going WR. So there's spots to trade back into ahead of PHI for the 3rd WR

    The rivalry is back on

Dolphins take Sewell, Dolphins hold him for 2 years, Dolphins trade Sewell for 2 first round picks (which they then trade for more first round picks)

I think it says everything that, given probably the best QB in the league, Sammy Watkins couldnt even crack the top 4 on his own team.

Dude isnt gonna play 3-4 games at least; and his stat line is gonna look like he didnt suit up in another 3-4 games.
