One of my coworkers was asking me what Houston should do. He was saying they should put Watson on the commissioner's list and tank for a QB in 2022.

Well, that's not necessarily their best option. The worst team in 2022 will likely be staring at a pass rusher (Kayvon Thibodeaux) with the #1 pick.

Its also kind of brilliant timing. The Rams are built for all-in this year and maybe next...and then that house of cards topples. The Cardinals are kind of in the same boat; most of their roster hits AARP membership in 2022. Seattle might be pissing its franchise QB off enough to cause a break.
