I mean, I'd still rather have Mike Hilton than JuJu for the money, but getting him for 40% the price of Golladay was nice. Im less worried about O-line considering the depth at the position in the draft. And as the o-line goes so goes our running game; I think Snell/Samuels/etc could be fine if we had a line that could run block

I agree. I think we're looking at a 9-8/ 10-7 type of season, since that's always what Tomlin can pull off.

But picking in the top 5, would be honestly amazing, and I would totally take that.

Allbright is alright (lol) but I’m not jumping on the “Sewell at 8 or later” train just because he said it

for all we know, Atlanta is smokescreening everybody because they don’t want someone to trade above them with Miami for a franchise tackle. I’d think it’s hilarious if they’re telling everyone they like Lance, but QB actually isn’t even in their plans and they’re instead going all in to protect Matt Ryan’s last years

I'm fairly confident we're not going QB after Ryan's restructure.

 

And yeah, it makes sense to urge teams to trade MORE to get Lance at 3, than a team would trade to get a non-QB like Sewell at 3. Smoke screening Lance makes tons of sense if you’re Atlanta and you want to finish off that offensive line before your Matt Ryan window closes

 

Atlanta isn't smokescreening a QB though. It's just a popular assumption. The big rumor rn is Kyle Pitts at 4.
