I would both say I have a very high attention to detail and a very low attention to detail. Depending on the context.

Examples: I am terrible at social cues, conversational hints, sarcasm, reading between the lines, etc. But really good at like, pattern recognition and picking up on tiny details in math, sports, competition, and music.
