I know Jimmy is probably not the second coming of Brady after all, but man the 9ers rumors are just bizarre. They're 1 injury plagued season since almost winning the Super Bowl...on what planet would trading Garoppolo to turn around and pick up Mitch Trubisky make sense. Darnold's slightly more interesting, but only slightly.

 

He is just too inconsistent...he will boom like 3 punts inside the 20 in one game and then the next week he'll shank 3 of them

 

Just happy Tyrod was signed because it means none of those shitters like Darnold can come here

I think the pro and the con to Wentz is that he’s not a 1 year QB fix. Personally, I’m tired of not knowing who the QB is and would like to see year 2 of a QB in the Reich offense for (I think?) the first time since he’s been HC. But if he sucks, that’s 2-3 years of him sucking before he’s gone. Whereas Fitz means you can try and maybe succeed at getting a better QB next year, and in the meantime, he’s very fun

 

Yeah, being done with QB purgatory sure would be nice, haha.

This honestly sounds a lot like Corey Bojorquez before this last season where he only shanked maybe 2 all season. Of course...he had about half the attempts so there's that. I guess when you have a good offense you don't need a guy with an absolute cannon for a leg as much as someone who can finesse it a bit more since you expect them to be further down field when you do punt.

Idk I'm surprised by it. Bojorquez must be looking for $$

 

I’m not sure if other southern fast food restaurants are the same, but I love that Bojangles has one menu that’s available all the time. 8 am? 20-piece bucket of wings is yours! Same thing at noon, five and 8 pm if you want!
