Saints went wild a year or two back and signed everyone on their team over the age of 30 to INSANE deals that they still cant get out from clean. 34yr old Malcolm Jenkins is a $9mil dead cap hit with no savings...why are people pretending Loomis is a wizard.

edit: Yeah, so Janoris Jenkins, Kwon Alexander, and Emmanuel Sanders all go. They have to give big signing bonus or 2022 roster bonus deals to Ramcyzk and Lattimore to keep them. But yeah, every other FA goes bye bye, and truthfully, it'd be smart to extend one of Armstead or Hill.

yeah plus I’ve just been needing some CBT for my ADHD and anxiety for a long time. Without getting into the nitty gritty of how my mental health issues affect these things... I’m an emotionally intense person who struggles with time management and impulse control, and who reacts poorly to pressure & unexpected challenges. I need to develop better habits and in-the-moment coping mechanisms to get out of that cycle.

I need to become more refined, reliable, and reserved as a human being in general if I want to be successful in the professional workforce and in my future marriage

 

I’m in full 100% “work on myself” mode. I turned 30 and something just clicked, I’m set on not carrying the same problems from my 20s into my 30s
