My biggest thing is I think Caserio can reel in Flores on some of the perceived issues he had with the Dolphins

I actually think it's a good pairing for both of them, there's already been a working relationship there

It sure does help that the Bills weren’t a good team during Gase’s run as a head coach of the Dolphins

 

Gase also had 2 consecutive losing records instead of 2 consecutive winning records when he was canned.

 

Not to mention the AFC North and West divisions were stronger during Flores’ tenure with the Dolphins than during Gase’s

 

If I’m giving Gase any benefit of the doubt (he deserves zero), one of those seasons was with Cutler

if thats true about Daboll only having a 20 minute interview before (which should be easy to prove), then...yeah I kind of agree with what the Giants are saying. Also they are not responsible for what Belichick does or doesnt say.

I’m happy that someone is bringing this general issue to light but I really hate that it may end up being a really poor example.

 

However, I will say that it is plausible that their new GM knew Daboll well enough from their time together in Buffalo that the main interview was just procedural.

The texts from BB are pretty damming imo, it’s hard to believe it’s just a coincidence he was right. And they were more than he thinks Daboll was getting the job, he was reaching out to congratulate him. I think Flores has a strong case, and discovery is going to get very interesting.
