With how Mills has been playing I don't see how that's possible. Jimmy G will have places he can start, and it (surprisingly, I'm as shocked as you) won't be in Houston. He'll prob take better money elsewhere to not be a backup.

Plus in worst case scenario for the Texans, they might still have Watson on the books, that'd be a ton of money to have in 2 QBs that likely aren't starting.
