If time travel is ever invented, one of the cruelest jokes imaginable would be going to 2019 and telling Lions fans that in Tom Brady’s last postseason game a team led by Matthew Stafford would beat him on a last second field goal.

one of my biggest regrets in life was being tuned out of sports for those couple years back then and so didnt see that game live.

With the east coast getting bludgeoned by a storm right now I wonder what the league would have done if New England, Buffalo or one of the New York teams had home field advantage tomorrow.

 

That Carolina super bowl is the most underrated Brady game. Everyone thinks the defense carried him in those first 3 but that was a shoot out, it was really fun to watch. Patriots defense was getting torched by Delhomme.

 

He still sucks imo, he’s got so much talent and he just wants them to play the run lol

 

Was fuckin dope to see TB12 play. Will probably never see someone like it again in my lifetime.

 

If I recall, the first quarter was so bizarre because nothing happened. And then the second half, and/or last 6 minutes of the 2nd quarter or whatever it turned into an amazing shootout. End of first quarter it felt like it would be a 13-10 game or some shit lol

 

28-3 comeback in the Super Bowl was the one time I ever rooted for Brady because fuck the dirty birds, and it was a pretty damn good time

 

I’ve been thinking about it and here are my contenders for favorite TB12 memories:

1 - Losing his fucking shit with Drew in the tunnel ahead of the first Super Bowl
2 - 28-3
3 - 24-0 comeback in Denver against Peyton in the snow.
4 - “Unicorns, show-ponies, where’s the beef” comeback game against the Saints
5 - The tuck rule

 

My favorite brady moments were the two times the giants beat him but other than that i have thoroughly enjoyed watching him play. The criticisms for his various political affiliations, his ref whining, and of course the cheating are well justified and mostly deserved, but more people are gonna miss him than will admit.

 

Favorite Brady memories:
1) throwing the INT to Marlin Jackson in the last minute of the 2006 AFC Championship game
2) failing to convert on that 4th and short in the Colts/Patriots game that year where the Colts started 14-0
