I wouldn’t rank New Orleans a top 5 city in the country but that’s mostly because the Louisiana government neglects to update its economy, environmental reform, and infrastructure in a way that would positively benefit NOLA

top 10 for sure though. Too culturally significant of a city to not be in the top 10 regardless of its size or general lack of resources
