Cam is going to be a FA unless a drastic injury happens or he signs for twelve dollars. What would make any team look at him for even being a backup with his turd burglar of arm strength last season and think, “yes let’s go in that direction”

Was it? Idk. All I know is he couldn’t throw a ball 3 yards to save his life

 

Right!? I just looked it up and he completed like 65 percent of his passes. It did not feel like that when watching him

 

And this is why you don’t lean too heavily on stats if you don’t have context.

yes Belichick probably designed the offense to allow a lot of very complete-able short passes to compensate for Cam’s arm being shot. That offense focused on efficiency much more than Rivera’s does and Belicheck has shown time and time again he can turn very un-athletic QBs into solid game managers. However, Cam definitely wasn’t as good as he used to be on the Panthers despite the higher comp percentage, and isn’t nearly the same threat to convert first downs / big plays.

I wasn't...totally wrong.

 

he averaged 180 pass yards a game and only went above 200 pass yards 5 times (two of which were baaaaarely above 200). So it’s like “he’s accurate!” But he also never throws the ball anywhere lol and some of those games were 80-150 pass yards and like 50% comp. very bizarre

 

I swear I’m gonna explode if I have to redo dishes my roommates half assed one more time

I have said multiple times to them:

1) you can’t put dishes with tons of residue on them straight in the dishwasher, you have to at least scrub off the caked-on mess with steel wool first, debris clogs the dishwasher’s jets and makes it stop working

2) you have to wash the bottom of pans too, they’re not clean if the bottom feels greasy

3) you have to clean the countertops and stove too, especially if you don’t put napkins down under cooking spoons / aren’t neat with cutting boards to prevent messes in the first place. Both roommates are so sloppy about making huge messes on the counters and then they just half ass the dishes and act like that’s it.

on top of that they constantly throw silverware in the drawer however (spoons of all sizes together, etc) and put stuff away in the wrong place and I can’t find it later. So there’s no effort to organize the clean dishes either. I am the one who did that in the first place when I moved in because the clutter was unacceptable.

how do I navigate this without straight up blowing up on my roommates for being lazy as fuck, not even doing 15% of the cleaning in this house, and when they do I have to re-do it

I am literally cleaning 3 grown men’s messes while dealing with a difficult college semester and being a TA / having another work study job. And I’m FUCKING tired of it.
