I know they were all pretty young, but like, how do they all look 12??? Shanny and LaFleur were even older than I am now and they still look a solid 10 years younger than me

 

All I'm going to add is that the Chargers defensive line and linebackers were mostly bad before Staley got there so I'm not sure what you expected him to do. Also, Herbert continued to look special even with Staley. If you feel otherwise about Herbert with Staley, I'm convinced you didn't watch any Chargers games. If you're going to blame the offense, you can blame Joe Lombardi who was the one designing and calling the offense

 

Here's the list of head coaches who I think are good and have been coaching for longer than one year (no particular order):

LaFleur
Payton
Arians
McVay
Shanahan
Carroll
McDermott
Belichick
Harbaugh
Stefanski
Tomlin
Reich
Vrabel
Reid

All these names are obviously not going to hit everyone's criteria of a "good" head coach. Some of them make suboptimal decisions during games, but are verifiably great leaders to their teams. Some of them have great schemes, but make questionable personnel decisions. It's tough finding someone who pushes all the right buttons, but I think these are the head coaches who have done a good job thus far and have deserved some respect.

 

Not sure about these two. If you take Rodgers away from LaFleur, what happens? I suppose we may get an answer to that next season.

Can't really fault him for taking that job. He's done a great job in Green Bay, but how much of that success is because of Rodgers?

And what makes Kevin Stefanski a part of this list? Interested to hear your thoughts.

I’m gonna fight hard on Stefanski. I’ve never lost more respect for a coach in one game than that Pats week. The way his formations tipped EVERY play should be a fireable offense.

 

I get the Browns on TV like every week cuz Baker but didn't get that game of all games and we were upset
