but in reality, adding another veteran starter helps the bullpen because you can move Peterson to the pen. Lugo isn't going to (optimistically) be out longer than maybe memorial day so I don't see them tripping over themselves to sign a big number reliever when that will resolve itself within 2 months, but i would also not mind having an insurance plan in place incase Syndergaard can't make his deadline.
