I just came across a player in my OOTP sim who beat DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak. I really never thought I'd see someone do it in the game. I've never even seen someone come close

 

That's awesome. Yeah I've never seen someone come remotely close. Closest I've seen I think is this Italian-born fictional player (Leonardo Seminati) who had streaks go into the 30s the first two years after I didn't extend him because of cost haha

 

Well how else was he supposed to make money as a career minor league player
