Ravens traded Darren Waller too and didn’t look back haha. Raiders got a great deal but the Ravens didn’t exactly struggle without him.

Their goal is always, being just strong enough in the trenches to win the AFC North and rotating skill position players in the process. Trading Boykin makes sense, also because he has underwhelmed so far in this Greg Roman offense. Lamar doesn’t really do the tall possession receivers thing, and neither does Roman, he’d rather outflank the defense with a sideline or seam throw.

 

Ravens select Rashad Weaver, EDGE, Pittsburgh

I had to do a double take he’s still on the board. This is a guy who, maybe doesn’t stand all the way out in the mid rounds, but definitely is a steal after round 4. Last quality edge rusher that isn’t a super-sleeper imo.

we already got a very athletic speed rusher in Jordan Smith, so here we get a more balanced guy who can play some sturdy run defense as well. Boom. Yannick & Judon replaced.
