I do think it’s fair to group pick if someone has been gone for over 24 hours because that’s kinda what we’ve always done. There isn’t like an official rule for it but a person is typically skipped at that point.

I just knew the response was going to be “I’m out” if that ruling was made. Which I get I guess. But I’d ultimately rather just wait vs the draft falling apart.
