The Cincy trade is perfectly fine. Offer any team a third round pick to take who they were going to take anyway and they'll accept.

 

The Cincinnati Bengals select Rashawn Slater, OL, Northwestern

I don't care where you put him, he's the best OL Cincy has. Reiff is confirmed to be the right tackle. Jonah Williams could kick inside to guard or you could put Slater in at center. For now, Slater is OL. I'll decide where he goes as the draft moves on.

Not when they absolutely know the team trading the pick cannot afford to miss out. Leverage determines trade value more than anything. The GM would be missing an opportunity to capitalize in this scenario.

I know he’s got nasty rumors out there, haven’t heard what they are because I wasn’t paying attention. But the Cowboys don’t care about that (see: Ezekiel Elliott).

Dan Quinn loves his fast linebackers. I thought about improving another area of the defense but tbh Jaylon Smith + Micah Parsons are ideal linebackers to play passing downs in a Cover 3 scheme. Parsons adds some pass rush and intensity on the outside... while Jaylon Smith switches inside to fully supplant oft-injured and now old Sean Lee

Gettleman only cares about true football, none of this fake stuff. Devonta smith can play well against every coverage scheme imaginable. He likes to get all his eggs in a row or something like that. He’s a fast receiver, he can catch chickens with the best of them. While devonta is thin, he enjoys a good bacon egg and cheese every now and then. Oh yea, devonta smith was the best receiver on his own team and loves football. Full bloomin’ onions here folks.
