Ravens have traded Orlando Brown Jr to the Chargers for picks 47 and 118.

Ravens select Brady Christensen, T, BYU.

Baltimore is not a team to sit around and prolong situations that are not sustainable. Orlando Brown wanted out and the Ravens will oblige him while he still has value, getting some solid mid round capital out of it.

Meanwhile, Brady Christensen imo is the last T who doesn’t have any big concerns or alarming flaws. His hand placement is a little wide at times and he is occasionally inconsistent about a smooth kickslide - a little bit of a hobbling motion creeps up from time to time, which causes him to rely too much on his upper body strength and sometimes get tilted off balance / onto his back foot. But he’s generally very nimble with his feet, has the strength to recover from messing up technique at times, and excels at using his athleticism and length to beat defenders to a spot.

He also has more power than I initially thought, when asked to run block this dude loves to bulldoze the guy in front of him. Despite coming from BYU’s spread I actually think Christensen is a better fit for a gap / power running team.
