This dude can rush from every spot on the field, on the ball, off the ball, inside of space, in outer space, he’s just a good football player. He’s still raw in many ways but he’s got a hell of an upside. Sometimes he plays angry but most of the time he plays smart, he might even get involved in spider two y banana. He switched positions twice prior to becoming one of the top edge rushing prospects last year and never looked back, it’s unfortunate he opted out for this past season but now he’s gonna be playing for the oak.... Las Vegas raiders, man.

Getting the gang back together. The offense was the clear weak point for the Dolphins last season. Adding Devonta gives them a true WR1 and adding Harris gives them a true RB1. The pressure can come off Tua a bit with a far stronger run game. Plus like, I know that the Phins need a LB but they hired an elite defensive coach.

I targeted Brandin Cooks for 2 reasons: A) He's relatively cheap for a pretty solid WR to work with Terry, and b) a creative offense, which the Football Team will need to get the most out of Trey Lance, can benefit from having someone like him who can handle the ball in space as a runner.

 

Cooks really about to put up another 1,000 yard season?

This is hard. This is extremely hard. The Texans aren't getting shit for free agents this year. They have holes at pretty much every position. What this comes down to is I do not believe Nick Caserio hired David Culley for any other reason than to be a lame duck for 2021. So if Watson is out, do you let a coach you don't believe in coach a new franchise QB for a year and risk being taught poorly and having to learn two systems in two years? I don't. The Texans have three 2022 1sts and are gonna enter this year the worst team in the league by a country mile. Also, not that I don't like Fields and Lance, but rookie QBs aren't known for making the playoffs their first year so they could very easily have two more high 1sts in addition to what I have to imagine is a top three pick at least. I'm a fan of Charles Omenihu and Ross Blacklock. Kwity Paye completes that DL unit. It's a start.

Earlier in the mock Indy took a risk and invested in Sam Darnold. The most important thing for Darnold's development will be giving him a clean pocket and keeping him upright. Darrishaw is a steal at this point and a no-brainer pick. He would be a day one starter for the Colts.
