My personal spreadsheet for 2021 albums just passed 100 albums today

 

Props for the Meer and Hooveri records.

 

Was listening to Hooveri on the way home from an impulsive 3 hour drive. It absolutely vibes.

 

I also moved my list to a personal spreadsheet, formatting a little different from yours, but I'm at 79 new albums from 2021 and 129 from previous years, for a total of 218 albums new albums to me this year so far

 

I like that spreadsheet format, might get into that

 

I don’t know if this sounds stupid, but I love making PowerPoints and collecting stats at the end of year, so I made a PowerPoint of all the 2021 releases I’ve listened to haha

 

I have a yearly "entertainment consumed" spreadsheet where I keep track of every album, podcast episode, movie, tv show episode and video game i've consumed in a year. I only highlight the current year stuff.

 

Holy fuck, every podcast episode? I try to track albums, shows, movies and books and always stop by April/May because it’s just too much work and not fun and feels like work. So I commend everyone who can keep that going - especially if they’re including podcast episodes! Shit!

 

LOL luckily I don't listen to THAT many different podcasts so its not that hard. All my work is done on my laptop so I can quickly update the google doc when I finish something
