Seen some people float Gryz and Debrusk as part of a package for a stronger Top 4 LD. Not sure how I feel about that in all likelihood, but if it improves the team…
yeah I guess? I think Gryz is good and the team undervalues him because he’s under six feet, but if it makes us better. I think it’s all moot if Krejci doesn’t come back though, neither Coyle or Haula are anywhere near enough to replace him
The avs can do that and no one will even notice lol but yeah, that’s a huge trade and it sucks that the yotes gm who’s a piece of shit has made such good trades this offseason
Definitely weird I didn't know they had that much space I thought they made the deal to clear room for Dougie. Fancy stats make him seem pretty average which is...better than I'd expect for the upcoming Sabres
realistically he should be a 3rd pairing, sheltered DMan that can play on your 2nd PP Anything more than that, and his lack of speed will be exposed. He is literally the slowest player I've ever seen.
idk what’s dumber, the avs realizing they had no goalie and giving up too much for one or francis shitting the expansion draft and going all in for grubauer when he already had goalies
Jesus Christ just realized how particularly fucked it is to trade for Ethan Bear and everything that kid has been through, only to turn around and sign Tony DeAngelo hours later.
Maybe the Canes are one step ahead of everyone and they acquired both those guys in anticipation of DeAngelo starting some shit and then Bear being like fuck this and stabbing him with a skate blade. And then Staal gives Bear the C and it ends up being a great story after all.
