Maybe I am in the minority here, but I feel like the whole Mark Giordano thing is piss poor asset management on Calgary‘s part.

They are going to need to rebuild soon, and this was a great way to get out from under the Chris Tanev deal. They could have gotten a good return for Giordano either at the draft or deadline.
