Yeah, I want to believe they can make it work there because hockey's grown a lot in Arizona. ASU has a D-I team and I could never imagine that happening 20 years ago. The ownership situation is just always a mess. They've had three different people own/sell the team in the past decade & were supposed to have a new arena in Tempe in 2020 but ASU backed out. The market doesn't have any trust in that team/ownership so it's tough to keep any sort of fanbase with all the instability. I almost wonder if it would be better if they started over as an expansion team because nobody credible wants anything to do with the Coyotes.
Fastest skater, hardest shot, goalie saves and zegras were the best parts. The two events outside were pretty bad ngl.
Weather looks best between feb 11-15 out in Ukraine for an invasion... but I just don't see them doing anything before the closing ceremony. Who knows either way what that means.
