I don’t like FOX’s broadcast of this LSU/UCLA game. Why is the picture all choppy with a weird shutter effect? It's like a video game running at 15 frames per second.

Although Cincy was able to receive a legal injunction to avoid the relegation and stay a I-A team for 1982, they were ordered to drop down in 1983 since the NCAA ruled they had to do so the previous year but did not.
