That is what bothers me. I think everyone would benefit from expanding as there would be such a greater chance of diversity in the NT game.

If the playoff is being expanded just to give more chances for Bama/Georgia/Clemson/Ohio St to lose, then that’s a silly reason and you’re just upset the good teams are still good. If it is being expanded because there are teams that deserve to have a chance and you want to reward 5-8 or 5-12 then I’m all for it. Wanting expansion because you don’t like the best teams consistently winning is asking for disappointment because there’s a high probability even with 8 or 12 that we’d still get Bama/Georgia this year.

It could be worse, if you’re the jags, hutch would probably be a bust and thibs would want out after a few seasons. Might be better taking the tackle and hoping it helps lawrence.
