Have a gift card from the NBA Store that I need to use. Know what I will be getting, glad they had an issue with the first jersey I tried to order from there and gave me a refund.

I wish they'd stop with the black uniforms. They should make their Statement set cream instead. It's unique, and also one of their actual colors. At least we have the purple throwbacks to look forward to.

they've had a black uniform ever since the redesign all those years ago so they'll always have one I guess.

 

It is fun getting new unis every year to a degree, but overall I don’t like the way nike/the league have handled it. It just leads to a lot of either uninspired or off brand decisions. There’s gotta be a decent middle ground where teams get new statement jerseys every 2-4 years instead of getting mostly retreads every year

edit: I like those bucks unis well enough, this isn’t directed at them specifically

 

Teams should have like a final home and away jersey that they keep unless they do an actual rebrand, like 5-10 years.

And then I'm fine with a new statement / throwback jersey each year, its fun. But its real confusing and nebulous to me, needs that solid foundation or its all just a jumbled mess.

 

I agree. The problem I have with Nike's approach is that constantly refreshing sets leads to either really uninspired uniforms, or good designs that end up going away too soon. Miami's first three or so vice sets were great, but then they'd be replaced the next year.

I also hate how only a few teams get throwbacks every year. I'd love to see everyone have them, at least as an option.

 

Not a bad hire especially since they have 50 picks in the next 3 years

kinda wild dude couldn't get a full contract. he was pretty decent last year. good get for wolves.

 

Wolves still need a quality back up PG but their depth isn't looking bad at all
