Nets have got to be looking for some good current players along with a ton of picks if they don’t have any of their own. No reason to bottom out. Really not sure who can trade for KD and have enough to stay a contender.

 

This is kinda fun to follow when your team is rebuilding because I dont have a horse in the race

yeah they cannot bottom out since they have no draft picks and any picks they get in a KD pick will be lower picks most likely

I think BKN would do better to bottom out and try to cash in on another team's picks

Being stuck in the middle is purgatory

But I of course have a rooting interest in them sucking

 

Ayton and Bridges is a really good start to any package (assuming PHX can workout the S&T logistics), and if that's a preferred destination of KD's, it's easy to see them as the frontrunner

 

KD requests a trade and Giannis is in Greece tweeting about how shitty it is that Greek toy prices are increasing hahah what a legend

 

Interestingly, the Nets don't seem to be trying to tank given that they also traded a first for Royce O'Neale

 

Any package for KD should be good enough that the nets are still in the playoffs next year.
