I have a huge soft spot for Melo obviously, he helped bring the Nugs back to relevance in the 2000's, crazy him and Bron are teaming up after all these years.

Personal anecdote, I remember watching Melo win the NCAA title with Syracuse on the night my brother was born, I was in the waiting room watching the game and I remember thinking to myself "I reeeeeeeeeeally hope the Nuggets get him" lol

 

I won my bracket that year. I believe Syracuse was a 3 seed. I was the only person in the entire bracket to have them winning the tournament.

Holy hell that was a long time ago.
