Yeah, mostly precautionary. He’s been practicing, probably just want to make sure it’s 100%

 

He’s said that he’ll be patient and would love to extend here and play with KPJ and Jalen long term.
Christian unfortunately won’t be able to grow much with Theis playing side by side with him…. It’s too clunky.

all the talking heads wont shut up about the lakers being the favorite in the west and im like what. its a pretty big if that they'll be healthy going into playoffs and the competition in the west is so steep. like going from all the parity in postseason baseball discourse to basketball is so crazy to me. these people need to try watching more then 5 teams

 

Team trying to win only wants to play good players, not sure I'd call this move baffling Jeff Schwartz.

He also just missed a preseason game and several practices due to a knee issue. Seems relevant here

 

I haven’t read a lot of stuff prior to the season starting but from what I have, I haven’t seen a lot of people picking the lakers tbh
