I think it’s obvious now that he would retire and just sit his spoiled rich ass at home for the season. No other team is going to give up enough for him for them to consider a trade anyway.

I could see Kyrie getting vaccinated before the playoffs start. Play some/most(?) road games only to keep his body healthy (maybe) and then play the playoffs.

it’s outrageous to me that a player can be like “actually I’m going to only do my job half the time by choice and you’re just all gonna have to deal with it” and the teams response is to coddle him. And that guy is supposed to be a role model for other players and in a position of power. Completely ridiculous

Idk I get both sides of the argument:

“KD was a big shoe away from taking down the Bucks seemingly by himself!”

“KD had to have like 3-4 of the greatest performances of his career to get the Nets that close and the likelihood of that happening again had to be slim which means under non-superhero situations the Bucks win that series in 6 at most.”

 

I mean the Nets could win the East but they don’t scare me more than any of the top 4-5 seeds
