I know it gets ratings but adding a play in, then a shitty in season tournament, it seems like they’re trying to add more games in the form of incentives and athletes get injured enough. There’s got to be another way the nba can do better without putting even more onus on the players health.

Based on nothing, I like the idea of Jerami Grant going to Philly, Simmons going to a third team, and the young picks/prospects going to Detroit. Grant + some assets seems like better than most deals they'll get and Detroit should be in no hurry to compete.

Simmons seems destined for the Wolves/Kings still

Yeah I think Grant + a couple picks/role players would be a solid return for Simmons, especially if it includes a vet PG that can share time with Maxey

 

They'd love Tyrese but will have to settle for Pat Bev in a few weeks.

It'd be a boring end, what this saga deserves.

Rumor has it every team might have a mash-up uniform like that awful Lakers set as their City option this year. I wish they would just use actual throwbacks, like what the NFL did for the 75th anniversary season back in 1994. I can't imagine they'd sell less merch, and that's ultimately what they care about.

And that Gordon deal is awful. As a Magic fan I've watched a lot of Aaron Gordon over the years, and that's too much money. He gets way too much hype because of his dunk contest exploits.

 

Sometimes I think Kyrie just says whatever will get people up in arms
