Lol it’s not even that. I’d rather have Terry + whoever they could have drafted (sexton) over the time I had with Kyrie and whatever bad taste he may be leaving in Tatum’s mouth for Boston.

 

Got the timing wrong, they traded Terry to have room for Kemba, not Kyrie. Still a rough look in hindsight.

 

How much do you think that was ainge being embarrassed that kyrie was leaving and wanting to make a bigger move to salvage looking silly making that trade

 

A lot. I think if Kyrie and Al left and they didn’t have Kemba to sell it would have been tough. Tatum was still a prospect and even Jaylen was still pretty raw. In hindsight it may have been the right move, but oh well.
