Hello life long rays fan here

An unforeseen downside to the pandemic - i am unable to go around and gloat to all the people I met in Atlanta who asked me why I was a Rays fan.

Yeah. I can’t wait to torture myself with stress and anxiety until midnight then wake up Monday tired, miserable and depressed bc Snitker put Tomlin in during a high leverage situation.

 

I guess so. Apparently you only have to be out 10 days now instead of 14 as long as the last 3 are symptom free which they have been.

I’m feeling pretty uncomfortable about it all to be honest but it’s been made pretty clear how much stress my being out has put on my team so I’m not optimistic about asking to wait until Thursday to come back which would be the full 14 days.

 

I for one am looking forward to the Braves advancing. Ian is going to be sharp. Bats are going to come through. Let’s do it.

Braves can really capitalize on this. May is really good but he also doesn’t miss bats. Lot of horizontal movement rather than vertical. If they can extend some ABs and put the ball in play, good things can happen

of course, Braves might also hit grounders for three innings until someone else comes in

May probably isn’t going longer than 3 innings, he just threw like 50 pitches two days ago
