I don’t want to speak prematurely, but up to this point, this is the best Bryse has ever looked.

 

I’m very pleased with this outing by Bryse. Let him go as long as possible plz Snit.

 

He had a game two years ago, I think, where he pitched exactly like this. I thought for sure he’d be a main cog in the rotation by this time.

 

Yep. I remember that game. Then he strung together a few quality starts and I was left wondering what happened to the Bryse we were introduced to. Always knew he has great stuff, just nice to see him putting it all together again - especially on this kind of stage.

 

Yeah. It was a game against Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh. He basically made his starting debut and looked super legit. And I felt like every time he started a game, he looked capable. But they started bouncing him around from Gwinnett and Atlanta and he’d come out of the bullpen and suck. I think starting is his thing.

 

Third time through the order makes me nervous, but with this pitch count, let him go until he starts to lose it.

 

If you had told me last night Bryse would have gone 6 giving up only a solo homer I would have slapped you in the face.
