I hope the Brewers rest everyone tomorrow and just focus on the Wild Card game - game 163 isn’t worth it

 

Probably should have kept Hader but our offense was trash so it wouldn’t have mattered

I’m mad the Cards got the division out of luck, they’ve played like dogshit and it feels less awesome knowing that

I hope so, but I'm not counting on anything because the last time he pitched he threw a one-hitter and we lost in 19 innings

 

Until last night, the last day the Cardinals and Brewers had both lost was August 4th. It has now happened twice in a row.

Was this the year they were down like 8 games with 2 weeks left in the season and came back and made the playoffs?

 

9 and a half back at the start September and we’re tied with Boston on the last day of the season. The game itself against New York was crazy because at one point they were down by (I wanna say) 7 early on, and had a game tying HR in the bottom 9th, and then a walk off HR in extras by Longoria. Then orioles beat Boston to eliminate them.

There was also crazy stuff going on in the NL race too

 

Yep, that game was insane! I remember watching highlights and Longo's homer just barely clearing the wall or something.

My favorite was them losing to Rangers in ALDS again though. Sorry

I'm rooting for them this year, as long as they aren't playing the Astros!
