Being on vacation this week and listening to the most recent "Cespedes Family BBQ" podcast has reminded me that I would usually spend it at minor league parks. :( I'm sad for the communities who were never able to say goodbye to their teams with the elimination of some of them.

Cubs only team without a player testing positive so far which is definitely going to hold up.

Every year I would take a road trip of some sort and check out some minor league ballparks in Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. I hope next year to make it further south.

In the interim, I do have a good team to cheer for provided the season goes on without a hitch.

 

Man, Trout's 2011 Topps Update basic version is going for around 800 bucks now. It was around like 400 to 450 if I recall last season

The mlb truly believes in bootstraps mentality, even during a pandemic. I think that probably helps their cause of getting athletes to become more conservative as well.

They do a lot of different things but basically just keep the clubhouse in order. Someone has to wash uniforms and ensure players’ lockers have the correct equipment
