I, for one, see no reason for the MLB to try and cover up any extreme extent the cheating went/still goes, only limiting the outcome of their investigation to one year of documented observable, undeniable trash can cheating, allowing them to suspend two people for one year and take no severe action against an owner/franchise and none at all against marketable players, and hoping everyone accepted and moved on thinking the sport would continue to be clean and fair outside of the one year. That would not make sense!!
