i wouldn't be surprised if all 32 teams were trying something to get an edge

Why doesn't MLB just hire someone to sit in the video room of each team to make sure stuff like that doesn't happen during the season? Apparently there are MLB officials in the video rooms during the playoffs which stopped the Red Sox from doing it during the 2018 playoffs.
