Not much more. They have the 29th ranked pitching staff. They need at least a top 10. Sure, Cole is not gonna fix the entire staff but it'd be a nice step, especially since they'd be taking him away from one of their division rivals. A rival that has been dominating the division. Just saying.

Fix the pitching staff and they don't really have to do much else. Maybe add a bat or two.
