Wouldn’t have made it to you. I was gonna be irresponsible and just take him if Swoos didn’t right before me
The broncos select Trey Adams, OL, huskies I know it's a super risky pick but gonna go with the upside here, he'll either start inside or just won't play much until the following season.
Dolphins don't pick for a long time now but if they come out of the draft with Tua, Wills, X. McKinney, Taylor, and Okwara I will be pretty stoked
Been watching him for awhiiiiiile. Kinda sad he had two major injuries back to back. He had top 10 pick potential before all that from what I’ve been reading. Now it seems that while he can still kickslide & mirror in pass protection, it’ll take a year or two of uninterrupted conditioning to get his run blocking back. But every scouting report I can find says his technique is sound and his athletic package is top tier, they even go out of their way to say he does a better job bending at the knees than the waist than most tall OTs. He’s athletic as hell, 6’7”, 330+ pounds, 81” wingspan, 10 & 1/4” hands etc just never got the chance to stack up his functional strength. Hoping he stays healthy - huge boom or bust prospect but his ceiling is a franchise left tackle.
Pick 80 - Raiders select Cameron Dantzler, CB, Miss State Pick 81 - Kyle Dugger S, Lenoir-Rhyne Secondary help is next on the list for the Raiders. So far I have addressed WR, IOL,LB, CB and Safety. Not too shabby.
On the one hand, Miami has so many picks that it’s really hard to come away from the draft not feeling really good about what they did but on the other hand, you have 3 months to think through all the options of what they can do with so many picks and there’s a 0% chance they’ll do whatever you settle on
Is anyone taking Andrew Norwell and two 6th round picks for a late 3rd round pick? Who wants to beat the existing offer I have?
Firmly believe Norwell is at least a “solid” if not “good” guard that the Jags just aren’t using correctly
