Yeah same. Typically I have “flag in the ground” guys after the combine that aren’t the big names, but it’s so early that I don’t have a strong opinion about anything other than the positions the Colts need most (QB, WR, top few DTs)
Lions select Bradlee Anae, DE Utah we suck at rushing the QB. Adding him to our line opposite Flowers, with Brown now being in the middle, it’s time to feast if Patricia chooses to actually Blitz
The New York Jets select: Denzel Mims - Wideout - Baylor Double dipping at receiver here. The Jets really need help on the outside, especially if Robby Anderson makes it to free agency. While Aiyuk can thrive in the slot early, Mims can be an immediate contribute at X, especially in the red zone. He has prototypical size for an outside threat and has an insane catch radius.
The Tennessee Titans are trading picks 72 and 104 to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for picks 69 and 134. @Swoos cc commissioners @CarpetElf and @Randall Mentzos
With the 69th (nice) pick in the draft the Tennessee Titans select Jalen Hurts - QB - Alabama and then another school. While Tannehill is doing a good job and is being retained in this fictional world where I am the GM, the Titans still need a stable future at quarterback and Jalen Hurts not only provides talent and leadership to the team but can be a weapon while Tannehill continues to start. With a WR corps of AJ Brown, Justin Jefferson, and Adam Humphries, along with Derrick Henry coming off the best season of his career, Jalen Hurts makes this Titans offense even more dynamic and extremely fun no matter what he's doing, and is an option to take over the team sooner rather than later.
