Honestly surprised this dude was still on the board...I nearly took him with my last pick in the 3rd round. Cisco has athleticism off the charts and has been one of the best ballhawks in college the past few years. He will fit in seamlessly into Brian Flores' defense as a chess piece.

 

Shame that Tua is going to drag this Dolphins team because this draft is insanely good.
