Yeah, my take has changed slightly. You wanna take one 26-32? Sure. It means you’re probably a successful team and you may be a RB away or something.
I also considered creed at 36 or whenever, but figured it was a slight reach. Would def have taken him with my next one and just enjoyed a stacked OL forever.
no doubt. i just thought leatherwood was less of a reach and guard is also a big need for us. wins all around!
The Chicago Bears select: Jabrill Cox - Linebacker - North Dakota State/LSU Chicago is transitioning back to a 4-3 defense under new DC Sean Desai. Cox is arguably the best coverage linebacker in the draft class and is a plug-and-play starter next to Roquan Smith and Danny Trevathan.
Tennessee Titans select Sage Surratt, WR, Wake Forest Corey Davis is a free agent and it wouldn’t surprise me if he signs elsewhere. Titans have several key players to resign and finding WR talent in the draft seems better value than giving him a big contract (especially considering he isn’t the team’s #1). Surratt is another player dropping in the draft due in part to not playing this year. He is a receiver that jumps off the screen every time you watch Wake Forest. He isn’t going to wow you with speed but he has size and strength, is a great route runner, and one of the best in college at going up and winning the contested ball. He’d be a great fit in a Titans offense that loves to overpower opponents.
The Indianapolis Colts select Teven Jenkins, OT, Oklahoma St Colts grab the OT of the future to replace Castonzo. I’ve seen him mocked in the first round to IND so the Colts are thrilled to still see him on the board here
The Pittsburgh Steelers select Josh Myers, C, Ohio State This might be a reach but the steelers need a center assuming Pouncey follows through with retirement. Pouncey stinks anyway, so they need someone. Draft seems light on Centers, so I didn't want to risk missing out by waiting to a later round.
