I can’t decide whether I’ve tallied more “Hook em” or more “who?” posts from @Fucking Dustin since I saw those two things in person and noticed them more often
Arizona Cardinals select Thad Moss, TE, LSU Arizona is going to win every game 77-70. Moss is an absolute stud and arguably the best TE in class. Why stop with Hopkins?
Jacksonville Jaguars select Ashtyn Davis, S, California Rangy free safety with all the mental and most of the physical tools to be a staple in our secondary.
I don't like Ashton Davis haha :( Watched his tape expecting to be excited by it but you hardly see him make any plays downfield
Cleveland Browns select Malik Harrison, LB, Ohio State I think I like Malik Harrison more than everyone else here haha he always falls kinda far in our drafts. He's a big, physical LB who brings the wood. He won't help too much in coverage but he's serviceable there and has room to develop. However, he more than makes up for it in other areas. He is great against the run and at blitzing the QB. He just knows how to find the gaps and he explodes into the backfield. Cleveland was god awful against the run last year so he would be nice grab.
I mean that's the issue haha. I don't touch a LB who doesn't cover before Round 3 and he better be really good against the run for me to draft before Day 3.
LB who have to come off the field in sub packages are not very valuable imo Some teams come out in sub packages like 80 percent of the time. The NFL average is above two-thirds. Run-down grinders are day 3 players unless they really have top notch instincts.
67. Detroit Lions - Matt Peart, OT UConn 68. New York Jets - Chase Claypool, WR, Notre Dame 69. Carolina Panthers - Jaylon Johnson, CB, Utah 70. Indianapolis Colts (from Miami) - KJ Hamler, WR, Penn State 71. Los Angeles Chargers - Michael Pittman Jr, WR, USC 72. Arizona Cardinals - Thad Moss, TE, LSU 73. Hacksonville Haguars - Ashtyn Davis, S, California 74. Cleveland Browns - Malik Harrison, LB, Ohio State @uuu
Like I said, he's serviceable there. He can hold his own at least. A good DC will find playing time for someone a talented as Malik.
WIth the 75th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select Jeremy Chinn, Safety, Southern Illinois Chinn tore up the combine to get on the national radar. Miami will use him as a jack of all trades safety to solidify their backend.
I think Isaiah Simmons / Patrick Queen are both elite LB prospects so if I'm seeking a LB I'm REALLY not trying to miss both of them. I actually think Queen is undervalued and it's probably because of his size, he doesn't have a lot of length / is only 230 lbs, which is valid. But if I'm just talking strictly about instincts, athleticism, and versatility I think Simmons / Queen is every bit as good as White / Bush last year. Queen won't go at pick 10 like Bush, but imo if he goes any later than pick 26 to Miami that's a "fall"
