Minshew is like: Floor: Andy Dalton Ceiling: Tony Romo Middle Ground: Kirk Cousins Minshew's gotta approach his ceiling to be a franchise QB but the potential is there.
Ahh yes. Now that I’ve seen this tweet I’m convinced Gardner is a) better than Mahomes and b) Cousins is the 3rd best.
If he started all season his numbers project out to be 4,361 yards (6th), 28 TDs (5th), and 8 INTs (15th).
hold up. You're telling me FOURTEEN QUARTERBACKS threw less than 8 INT last year? Damn the NFL has changed so much lol. 8 INT used to be a really low number.
Yeah y'all let's not already forget Minshew had one of the most efficient rookie seasons in recent memory. If he didn't get benched stupidly for Foles for 4 weeks, he'd have possibly challenged Kyler Murray for OROY.
I didn't see him lose at all. I saw his defense get torched by CMC and then some back whose name we'll have forgotten completely by the end of this year.
We’ll see how he looks when he’s starting a full year and teams have tape on him. But if he was this wildly great QB he apparently is, both of you wouldn’t have been defending them going back to Foles so hard.
Allen’s numbers were very close to Bosa’s. Bosa’s production lead on him shrank toward the end of the year. Plus he had actual defensive tackles on his team so he likely didn’t get double teamed as much
RB's don't matter much for a rebuilding team. You guys wasted Fournette for a whole bunch of nothing.
I mean, the idea behind it is you don’t pay a RB. But he’s obviously not your typical RB. The team hasn’t given any indication they will trade him and I’d be surprised if they did. I think they’re willing to pay him to a certain extent. As they should.
The good thing is, if they didn’t draft Fournette they may have had Mahomes and had only the 2nd best passer over 20 yards.
