well that's asking someone for two high 3rd round picks which, my Raiders are the only team that has that haha. And they're more like mid-third.

Jags are offering a fourth round pick to move up from 73.

I'm tired of the damn Raiders trying to use undersized DEs in a power 4-3. They still haven't even come close to shoring up Khalil Mack's old role. Arden Key has been a bust so far because of the misuse, and Bruce Irvin was such a bad FA signing he's already gone.

Last year they took Clelin Ferrell and Maxx Crosby but they clearly need more help, as this only improved them from DEAD LAST to 24th in sacks. Ferrell was Mayock reaching for, not even a top 3 pass rusher last draft, because he's stout against the run, so clearly they recognize there's an issue here. This pick is much better value than Ferrell at pick 4.

Lewis is injury prone but talent wise he could've been a first rounder without those concerns. I'll take a chance on him in the late second, especially since I didn't actually have to LOSE a pick to move up here.

 

this one was definitely a no haha. i didn't trade AJ Bouye and Nick Foles just to give up both picks in a trade. I'm fine with trading the Foles one because Foles was useless to us, but Bouye's pick needs to be converted into a good value pick.

He certainly could’ve been on your list. Lewis is a Ravens-style pass rusher ALL DAY. They love to put big DE-sized power rushers at OLB. Suggs, McPhee, Za’Darius etc they always have a guy like that. He possibly could’ve replaced Matthew Judon for you.

 

How is Terrell Lewis not on your list.

 

I mean not everybody studies as many players as possible, this early before the draft, like we do to be fair haha. Some good players might slip through the cracks for this reason.

 

I want this mock draft to also be open to people who are just really big fans of their team & maybe only know college players they’ve watched in real time.

That’s how I was when I started mock drafting. Mock drafts are actually what helped me learn about the draft. We have resources for someone to learn about the NFL draft and college players from scratch on the first page.

 

Tennessee Titans select Ben Bredeson, G, Michigan

Titans lost Conklin which will hurt, but they did resign Kelly to be the starting RT. I wanted to go tackle here anyways but I think interior line is a more immediate need. Bredeson is a high floor type player who could blossom into a great starter. I like him better than the rankings out there do.
