The New England Patriots* select: Justin Herbert - Quarterback - Oregon Best case scenario for New England.
Oh god hahahah. Within reason* but yes. I can’t do hardcore screams and I can’t sit through learning anything I hate. Also, while I may be talented at guitar, I actually suck at 80s rock style soloing / shredding, so that’s my “I don’t wash windows” thing. If I dislike it but it’s a popular song I’ll do it. If it has some screaming I’ll probably just sing or spoken word those parts. I can learn almost anything in an evening. I will rap and I enjoy rapping actually, but I can’t do it while playing guitar. Also don’t expect me to have any sort of cool dance or style or charisma while I do it lolll.
I would like a song written for me about how bad RB contracts are. You may rap it or sing it, your choice.
The only realistic option I would've considered over Justin Herbert was Javon Kinlaw and he went a few picks earlier. If Herbert had gone earlier and Love was the best quarterback available, I would've traded with @Swoos for Cam.
With the 24th pick in the draft, the New Orleans Saints select Patrick Queen - LB - LSU. Choosing to go best player available rather than reach for a bigger need I may be able to fill later. @Randall Mentzos @whitenblue88 SKOL
Front page updated! I really want Patrick Queen on the Jags but the Joe Schobert signing also makes that unlikely. Jags are def investing in more premium positions this year. Only thing that makes sense now that we got rid of 75% of the talent.
I was thinking I'd target Justin Jefferson if he fell but figured he'd go before 24 and wasn't willing to trade up for him
Vikings select Denzel Mims, WR, Baylor Between his Senior Bowl and Combine, I think he winds up being the next WR off the board after that top 4. Minnesota is an obvious candidate for a WR early after trading away Diggs
With the 26th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins select Xavier McKinney, Safety, Alabama The Dolphins have spent this free agency period beefing up their defense but they still need another safety to complete the secondary. They now add the best safety in the draft who has a ton of versatility. Flores will use McKinney all over the field.
oh good I’m glad that’s the reaction and not “I can’t believe you took him with {Higgins, Shenault, Reagor, Hamler, Aiyuk} still on the board”
One of the mocks gave the Colts Jordan Elliott at 34 and it was one of the more savage burns I’ve ever seen in a mock draft. You can carry on the tradition now that the Colts are no longer in the market for reaching for a DT
