I honestly think even if Mendes wins DGA, Parasite can win BP. There’s just ZERO passion behind 1917. It seems like so much of it is the older branch of the academy going “oh sure, war movie.” Whereas Parasite got a two minute ovation last night just coming out to introduce the movie.
