They haven’t really moved any of their good, young prospects into the lineup yet aside from Zadina. That number will also drop a good deal when Nielsen, Staal, and Filppula are off the books.

They were on the outside looking in even with a healthy Toews and Dach. How have we all let it slip that they let Crawford go in the summer and just refused to bring in an NHL goalie?

 

This is 100% happening. Good thing we just gave the coach who insists on playing man-to-man defense with AHL players a 2-year extension!

 

The hawks suck now. Blame their upper management. Giving an extra 2 years to a guy who sucks at the nhl level is a joke. The injuries don’t help. Not having a actual nhl staring goalie sucks. Subban and Delia are not nhl starting quality goaltenders. At best they are backups/ahl starters. Back to the bottom they go so they can rebuild and be great again in 20 years. Happy to see the 3 cups I got to see.
