I have a theory (backed up by almost 0 actual data) that, a la 05-06, refs are calling a lot more shit to try and induce more goals to make the game more ~ExCiTiNg~. Our game against Edmonton on Thursday was one of the most egregiously reffed piles of garbage I've seen in an extremely long time.
